SGT. Thomas McCarthy and an unknown law enforcement agent of Monongahela PD refused to identify themselves as well as provide their badge numbers violating 37 PA code 42.21 which states they MUST identify themselves. The taller unknown officer REQUESTED TO NOT BE RECORDED upon arrival when responding to the scene which is concerning in and of itself. They also violated 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 4952 by intimidating a witness (me) when SGT.
