With no hesitation, Investigator Little confiscated my Sony A7IV, along with my 18-105 mm lens, the battery and the 512 Gig and 256 SD cards inside it. He also confiscated my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and mine and Emilyโs iPhone 17s (personal phones by the way).
To be clear, we were not the ones posing as the minors in the conversation. All we had was the screenshots from the conversation on a Google Drive that we were happy to turn over as well as the copy of the video - like weโve done 171 other times before.
The acting district attorney, Christopher J. Di Donna, is apparently the one who is insistent that our equipment gets processed by the crime lab because theyโve supposedly had cases dismissed from this not happening?
Yet our group alone has assisted in numerous arrests and convictions throughout New York and other...
