This is gonna be a long one, so if you don't know me or don't care please just skip it. Hey y'all, I just wanted to update you on some things with me. And I'm only gonna do this on the LI group page cause I'm closer to y'all than the other groups. And of course I don't mind if info gets shared outside the group. My family and I are still grieving for my hubby's older brother but things are getting easier to deal with, thank you to everyone in chat who was so very supportive when I told y'all, I truly appreciate it! ❤️ I'm sure my friends have noticed I haven't been around lately during the catches and I'm usually pretty private with my life, but I do feel comfortable sharing with y'all what's been going on. So last November, right before Thanksgiving I ended up in the neuro ICU for almost a week with what they called RCVS (it's way too complicated to try to explain). It did go away but what never did go away was a nagging underlying headache, which over the last few months has turned into migraines almost daily (no joke)!! It's gotten to the point the last month that I can't listen to music, watch TV, be outside in the sun, any sudden loud sound will instantly make it worse... so for now until it can get under control this is my life....unfortunately. I have to stay in my bedroom and keep it dark and quiet. I will, of course continue to support all of the PP family. In fact, I just re-subbed to Aaron for another year this month. I love y'all and miss seeing you Em, Mike, and Katie!! And miss chatting with my friends. Please keep me in your prayers if that's your thing or just good thoughts for healing while I'm on migraine meds to kick this headaches butt 😆. Also, an update from my fall in the shower.... so I already have a bad back with a previous surgery and already knew I needed 2 more surgeries but have been stubborn and putting them off for literally YEARS!! So, when I fell it was 2 days before hubby had to go to California for his brother's funeral. I chose NOT to go to the hospital cause what were they gonna do, really?? Tell me what I already knew? And plus, it's just him and me and our daughter, who is 12 so I needed to be able to still stay home and take care of her and the house. So I just pushed through the pain like I have been for years....after he got home I did go to the Dr... and it's definitely NOT GOOD y'all!!! I'm literally on bed rest right now till we can get more imaging done and get in to see a neurosurgeon cause I don't have one right now. Sorry it's so long. Much love!! 💙 ❤️
